Love the Bracelet but ordering process was a little bit confusing. I didn’t realize that it defaulted to the smallest size and that you had to select which size you wanted. I thought it was one size maybe. It may be nice to make it an option that requires you to select the right size rather than defaulting the smallest size.

i love my item from louise, sadly i will not be buying from again. my second order arrived with a bracelet that was the shortest length when i ordered the longest length. obviously a problem with the website as i checked and double checked this order, that item was an engraved item and i was told there was nothing they would do. so, SADLY I will NOT shop here anymore. too bad, because i REALLY loved the merchandise and had a huge list of to order items.

I love the bracelet. The first one was too tight, but an exchange was very easy to handle and I soon received the larger bracelet. My only reservation might be that it can come off without me taking it off. I have had it fall off twice, but luckily I was able to find it as I was at home at the time. Other than that, I love the style, and beauty of the bracelet.
