Our Pieces
After researching long lasting metals, we found that stainless steel jewellery ticked all of the boxes. Unlike lots of other materials commonly used in jewellery, every piece from D. Louise uses 316L stainless steel, which is a highly durable, recyclable metal. Its properties mean that it does not oxidise or rust, is hypoallergenic, doesn’t scratch easily and will not tarnish.
Pieces from D. Louise go through our LifeGuard™ coating process. This new, advanced way of coating is 10 times stronger than gold plating, is environmentally friendly and uses a vacuum coating process, resulting in an extremely durable finish. Any plated jewellery will tarnish sooner or later. Our Jewellery will not. This coating is what makes our pieces Lifeproof. Swim, sweat and spray your favourite perfume with confidence. Your D. Louise jewellery is ready for it all and the colour won't fade.
Our Community
Our community is at the heart of everything we do. All our collections and events are inspired by you. We always welcome feedback, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Sustainability
Sustainability is important to us. All our packaging is plastic-free, and we are transitioning to recycled materials. Our promise to you is that by the end of 2024, all our jewellery will be sourced from recycled materials.
PVD coating is considered more eco-friendly compared to gold plating. The process does not use liquid solvents or hazardous chemical substances.
Meet Our Founder
Olivia Jenkins
Founded by Olivia Jenkins in 2021, D. Louise creates timeless long-lasting yet affordable jewellery. The brand is named after Olivia’s mother Deborah Louise who Olivia sadly lost to cancer in 2017. With the loss of her mother, Olivia felt life was too short to not be truly passionate about the everyday and D.Louise was born. Olivia's pursuit began when she identified a glaring gap in the jewellery market – the need for everyday pieces that wouldn't fade after a few wears - with this every piece comes with a lifetime guarantee against colour fading.
'Our mission is to be the global leader in creating beautiful jewellery at an accessible price that lasts a lifetime...'
