Overall the necklace was great and my life loved it, but the shipping and the communication surrounding the shipping was pretty rough. It took almost a month from order to delivery to arrive...thankfully I ordered it early enough to arrive just in time for my anniversary.
the original custom engraving didn't come out as requested but the customer service was excellent - responsive and friendly. the final product was everything I wanted!
