Well… everything , I finally got it and it’s beautiful ! Quality is great and looks Real. . I ordered the wrong size and Customer Service is wonderful, they have helped me and made the exchange easy. Unfortunately, the inside of the box is a different ring than the Regalia, but Customer Service again excelled! I love the ring and I think D Louise Customer Service for their help

Cool ring but the sizing is off. All rings I ordered in a 7 but only one fit. Wanted to exchange but had to return due to next size being out of stock.
Nice ring fix and craftsmanship is excellent. The color of gold appears to be more yellow and brassy than was expected
Honestly, I’m not in love and considered returning the ring. The gold looks so yellow, fake. The only reason I didn’t return is because I threw out some of the packaging.
