This bracelet os gorgeous! The links are perfectly soldered and the color gold matches my solid 14k jewelry exactly. I got matching ones engraved for my daughter and I and we are both wearing them every day!
This is less about the product and more about your amazing customer service I had bought this bracelet back in 2025 and then a couple days ago. It started to tarnish and I messaged your customer service. They responded really quickly. They were super understanding. Just asked for a video which I gave them and we’re so helpful. I even asked if I could go up a size and they said it’s absolutely no problem. They got it put together engraved shipped out to me in less than four days and it looks amazing 10 out of 10.
I wish you had the same bracelet in sterling silver.

I love it, so much so, that i ordered more. There was obviously a glitch on the website when I placed my 2nd order. I ordered the largest size and received the smallest. Customer service refused to do anything to make it right since it was an engraved item. Sadly, as beautiful as the items are, I am going to have to take my business elsewhere.
